It is undoubtedly a pleasant option when you are in Bergamo.

The breakfast was savoury and varied for the amount paid, and all the food was appetising. The location was magnificent and incredible, we were next door to a bus stop.

The venue is placed in a central position close to very good restaurants.

I had contemporary and new-fashioned room with hypoallergenic pillows. The staff was helpful and attentive, and requests were handled quickly. This hotel was located in a central area just next door to northern Italy's lakes, and Bergamo's stunning old town...

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the AMAZING food, friendly staff, and stunning views. The location was perfect, just steps away from the funicular and the best gelato in town. The facilities were top-notch, with a spacious room equipped with all the amenities we needed. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially for our child, who was thrilled with the special touches like crayons and a mini-glass with a straw. We were grateful for their attention to detail and accommodating nature. our experience was mind-blowing, and we can't thank them enough for making our stay so memorable. Grazie mille!

Attentive service, I really enjoyed all about the hotel.

the staff were very good and assisted us with private parking. location: the hotel was near bergamo alta, the station/airport, and the funicular in citta alta. we tried some drinks at bar il dispensario, located 10 minutes walk away.

All in all magnificent location, next to shops in the beautiful Cittia Alta, the centre of Milan and northern Italy's lakes, Como, Lugano, Maggiore. Also, in a beautiful area.

They gave me double room with air con, balcony, as for instance. Everyone was obliging and the breakfast was tasty and delicious.

I had really comfortable stay, the place is wonderful little and well-designed!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with many excellent restaurants in the old town just a short walk away. Everything you need is within walking distance, making it convenient to explore the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-designed bathroom area. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. the view from the room was stunning, overlooking the funicular and providing a picturesque backdrop.

The parking fee was a bit pricey.

Luxurious & spotless rooms with excellent bed. Incredible central location, close to Very close to the old town, airport station or train station, and bergamo alta.

Overall it was a quite comfortable stay for three nights. Our hotel was in a marvellous location, very close to a bus stop.

We had an amazing stay at this super nice hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. The modern room had great facilities and we loved the breakfast on the pretty outside terrace. The bar area outside was also lovely, serving fantastic limoncello spritz and nibbles. we couldn't fault this hotel and would highly recommend it.
